If you have'nt heard the Fantasia Borrino Story then here goes;
First girl meets a married man (Antwan Cook) in the wrong state (North Carolina), man's wife (Paula Cook) find out and files for divorce while the side piece (Fantasia ) attempts suicide after wife said she found the sex tape. Why is this extra juicy? and why is North Coralina the wrong state to pull this ish?.
Well clutch your pearls and get into it. Fantasia denied the relationship and even covered a tattoo "COOK" on her shoulder. I guess she would like us to believe that we were the only ones that knew he was married, girl stop! Anywhoos tough luck because North Carolina is one of a handful of states that still have an “alienation of affection” statute against homewreckers. The law gives Cook the right to sue Barrino. And according to Mrs Cook she has video proof of the affair.

Just a quick conspiracy side note. I wonder if the couple will reunite and run away with Fantasia's Money..you better hire the dream team defence girl.

ReplyDeleteChivalry isn't dead just yet. Antwaun Cook, who RadarOnline.com recently reported had reunited with Fantasia Barrino as she recovers from her suicide attempt, is speaking out to defend the American Idol winner from his wife's allegations that she broke up their marriage.
"Antwaun would be remiss not to address the criticism and judgment he has received," Cook's lawyer, Nicole Sodoma, said Wednesday in a statement to People.
"He knew Fantasia Barrino but the failure of his marriage can in no way be blamed on anyone except the two people that were a part of the union, Paula and Antwaun."
Paula, who has two kids with Antwaun, recently filed a complaint against Fantasia whom she claimed knowingly had an affair with Antwaun despite his married status.
"[Paula and Antwaun] expected their marriage to stand the test of time," Sodoma continued. "Unfortunately, like many marriages, it did not turn out as planned. In late summer 2009, after years of discussion, the parties separated with the intention of no longer being married." ]
I'm not justifying their actions, just happy to know this cheater is atleast stepping up and not hiding in the shadows .......
