Apparently Lindsay tapped a baby stroller with her Mazaratti while the infant and nanny crossed the street out in LA. sources say one of the photogs explained that Lilo's crazy ass tapped the stroller at "like 1 mile an hour." I hope he's not trying to stay "its all good".
He said she pulled over, asked the kid's nanny if everything was okay before she then took off! There were no reports filed. This is pretty serious shit..
