Nadja Benaissa (far right) The Sun reports: The German pop singer from the all girl group No Angels, who is HIV positive, is facing charges in Darmstadt of dangerous bodily harm. She is accused of having unprotected sex without informing her partners that she had the disease. If found guilty, she could face a prison term of between six months and ten years at her trial scheduled for August.
Today she told the court that she was "sorry" after admitting having unprotected sex without telling her partners she was HIV positive.
I hope this will show people that HIV does not discriminate and you should always use protection.
