Law & Order: Pop Star Found Guilty Of HIV Spread



Well well well...

For anyone that didn't know this, it is a crime for people not to disclose their HIV status to their partners. Its called inflicting grievous bodily harm..

The German pop star was convicted but received a suspended sentence. Nadja Benaissa, a German pop star, was found guilty on Thursday of causing grievous bodily harm to a man who contracted H.I.V. after having unprotected sex with her.

In addition to a two-year suspended sentence, Ms. Benaissa was ordered to perform 300 hours of community service. The 28-year-old singer had faced up to 10 years behind bars.
