OH Snap! This is messy...This morning, police arrived to the apartment Mario shares with his mother, Shawntia Hardaway, to find a broken china cabinet, a busted mirror and a hole in the closet door.

Shawntia told police he had pushed her around with his hands and forearms. Shawntia, a former heroin addict, also said that 24-year-old Mario had attacked her earlier in the week when he pushed her into a living room wall making her hit her head.

Mario was arrested for 2nd degree assault and released on $50,000 bond.
